When I joined Omniboost on March 1, I stepped into uncharted territory. Coming from a hospitality background, transitioning into the tech world felt like a daunting challenge. But these past months have shown me that even the steepest learning curves can be conquered with the right support.
This period has been one of building trust, embracing growth, and contributing to the transformation of a company poised for something extraordinary.
A Steep Learning Curve Made Manageable by the Team
Shifting from hospitality to tech required rapid adaptation - not just to new tools and processes but also to an entirely different way of thinking. What made this transition not only manageable but deeply rewarding was the unwavering support of the Omniboost team.
From day one, every team member—across sales, development, and support—offered their expertise and patience. No question was too small, and no challenge too minor. This culture of collaboration and shared learning allowed to find my footing in a new industry. Without this incredible team, the climb would have been far steeper, and the milestones harder to reach.
