Your Role
As a Customer Support & Onboarding Specialist, your primary mission will be to deliver unreasonably hospitable service, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impact. You will support our clients by helping them connect and integrate Property Management Systems (PMS), Point of Sale (POS) systems, and accounting software, while guaranteeing a smooth, supportive experience. If you're addicted to working in the hospitality industry, and find genuine happiness in helping others, this is the role for you. Your goal will be to deliver above-and-beyond support and bring happiness to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat, always putting the customer's needs first
- Support setting up integrations between PMS, POS, and accounting systems, making sure customers feel supported throughout the process
- Solve technical issues in collaboration with the tech team, always going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction
- Actively contribute to improving customer support processes and finding ways to delight customers at every opportunity
- Document solutions and share knowledge within the team to improve efficiency and service quality
- Be proactive in supporting customers and colleagues, with a mindset that thrives on collaboration and hospitality
Key Requirements
- You have a natural addiction to working in the hospitality/service industry and find joy in being unreasonably hospitable
- You have the desire to deliver above-and-beyond support and happiness to our customers
- Experience in hospitality/service industry is a big plus – you understand the industry and are passionate about making it better
- You are independent, proactive, and customer-obsessed
- Having a bachelor's degree is not our biggest differentiator. It’s your resume and passion that we’re really interested in
- Fluency in English a must, any additional languages i.e Spanish, German, French etc a plus
- Experience with Accounting and Financial processes
