Active in over 60 countries, Omniboost offers smart connections for Hospitality Tech, focused on PMS, POS, Accounting and Data Insights.
For our Customer Support team we are looking for individuals to join the team based in The Netherlands. International applicants may still apply.
What you will be doing
Customer Success, Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Happiness.. call it what you want, but your role is one of the most important in our organization. Dealing with customer pain points, resolving tricky issues, keeping customers happy. Your role will also include onboarding new customers onto our platform.
- You are fluent in English (Dutch and/or Spanish, French, German are a plus)
- At least 2+ years experience as a Customer Care/Support agent, ideally in the technology/SaaS landscape
- Communication is of vital importance, both customer facing and internally
- You are organised, diligent and punctual
- You understand and are interested in technology integrations
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Experience with Salesforce, Atlassian and other office tools
- You like taking on responsibilities, managing your own schedule and tasks
- You enjoy helping people/businesses solve problems
