Your Role

As a pivotal member of our Customer Support team based in NYC you will be involved in helping drive growth. Your role is more than a job – it's a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction and delight. You'll be the troubleshooter, the pain-point resolver, and the customer happiness advocate. Moreover, you'll play a crucial role in the seamless onboarding of new customers onto our cutting-edge platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mastering the art of Customer Success – ensuring our clients' needs are met beyond expectations
  • Providing top-tier Customer Support that transcends mere satisfaction to create genuine delight
  • Tackling challenges head-on, transforming them into opportunities for customer growth
  • Collaborating with internal teams to relay valuable insights and enhance our offerings
  • Guiding new customers through the onboarding process, setting them up for success

Key Requirements

  • Current enrollment or recent graduate in a related degree program (experience in Hospitality or Hospitality Tech is a bonus but not required)
  • A communication virtuoso, skilled at interacting with customers and collaborating internally (Fluency in English a must, any additional languages I.e Spanish, etc a plus)
  • Organized, meticulous, and a stickler for punctuality
  • Bonus points for a knack for technology integrations, basic accounting knowledge, and familiarity with tools like Salesforce and Atlassian
  • You thrive on autonomy, handling responsibilities, managing tasks, and owning your schedule
  • A passion for problem-solving and a genuine desire to assist individuals and businesses
