Your Role

In this role, you'll deliver warm, solution-focused support while helping clients integrate essential systems like Property Management Systems (PMS), Point of Sale (POS) platforms, and accounting software. Your goal? To ensure every interaction is smooth, supportive, and leaves a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate seamless integrations between PMS, POS, and accounting software, ensuring that each customer is set up for success from day one. 
  • Assist in troubleshooting integration challenges, leveraging your expertise to find creative, effective solutions that keep clients satisfied and operations running smoothly. 
  • Act as a customer advocate, ensuring their concerns and needs are communicated clearly and addressed promptly within the team. 
  • Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to ensure that customer feedback and integration insights are used to drive improvements in our products and services. 
  • Solve technical issues in collaboration with our technical team, always going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. 
  • Actively contribute to improving customer support processes and finding ways to delight customers at every opportunity. 
  • Document solutions and share knowledge within the team to improve efficiency and service quality. 

Key Requirements

  • Strong passion for working in the hospitality and/or service industry and pride in providing exceptional service. 
  • Desire to deliver above-and-beyond support and happiness to our customers. 
  • Experience in the hospitality and/or service industry – you understand the industry and are passionate about making it better.
  • Accounting knowledge is a big plus. 
  • Strong communication skills in English, and being fluent in German is a bonus. 
  • Independent, proactive, and focused on meeting customer needs.
  • A bachelor's degree is not our biggest differentiator. It’s your resume and passion that we’re really interested in.
