The initial phase of the Hogia integration introduced a secure, export-based accounting flow that allowed operators to centralize financial data and standardize reporting. While reliable, this approach was primarily reactive, delivering snapshots of information at fixed intervals. 

The new API-driven phase transforms the integration into proactive connectivity. Instead of relying on periodic exports, APIs enable direct communication between systems; supporting immediate synchronization, automated error detection, and faster response to operational changes.
