Your Role

Your work as a Financial Administrator is integral to the success of Omniboost's operations and the satisfaction of our clients. Your contributions will make a difference:

Your expertise in managing accounts payable and receivable, along with reconciling bank statements and financial reports, streamlines our internal processes. This efficiency reduces the time spent on administrative tasks, enabling team members to concentrate on high-value activities that drive growth and innovation in a dynamic work environment.

By meticulously processing daily financial transactions, you ensure that our financial records are accurate and up to date. This precision allows our team to focus on strategic financial planning and analysis, leading to better decision-making and improved business outcomes, relevant to the global hospitality sector.

Your financial expertise will be invaluable to our clients, support and onboarding teams. You will assist them with questions about accounting flows and other financial matters related to our integrations, ensuring they have the knowledge and support they need to maximize the value of our solutions, fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing daily financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconciling bank statements and financial reports.
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and budgets.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Supporting our support and onboarding teams with financial expertise related to our integrations.

Key Requirements:

  • Precision: A keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
  • Experience with NetSuite: Proficiency in using NetSuite for financial management.
  • Team Player: Eager to collaborate and assist team members.
