Partner Manager Internship

As a Partner Manager Intern, you’ll play an important role in building and nurturing relationships with our strategic partners. You’ll assist with communications, help ensure smooth collaboration, and support initiatives that drive growth and innovation in the hospitality sector.

Your Role
During your internship, you’ll conduct in-depth research into our strategic partners and explore new growth opportunities to enhance Omniboost’s partnerships. The focus will be on optimizing our current collaborations and identifying new avenues for expansion. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and commercially minded student who is eager to transition from a graduation internship into a permanent role at Omniboost. You bring strong analytical abilities, independence, commercial focus, and excellent communication skills to the table.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing, creating, and enhancing current pipeline and growth within our strategic partner relationships
- Manage and ensure timely processes in creation of, and follow up on, contracts and agreements
- Conduct thorough research on Point-of-Sale (POS), Property Management Systems (PMS), and accounting partners to identify new growth opportunities and strategic alliances
- Work with the team to provide data-driven insights on market position, growth potential, and partner ROI
- Support the creation of Account-Based Marketing strategies and establish an effective sales cadence in Salesforce
- Gather insights into hotel technology trends and evolving customer needs
Key Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an HBO or MBO program, ideally in Commercial Economics, Business, or a related field
- Strong communicator, skilled in engaging with partners and collaborating across teams (fluency in English required; additional languages such as Spanish, French, etc. are a plus)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to punctuality
- Self-motivated and independent, capable of managing tasks and responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Bonus skills: familiarity with technology integrations, basic accounting knowledge, and experience using tools like Salesforce and Atlassian
- Previous experience in hospitality or hospitality tech is an advantage but not required
